GENERAL INFORMATION
- FEBRUARY 15th First Payment due with application to reserve your space for the 2010 season.
- FEBRUARY 25th Late fee applied.
- MARCH 31st Cancellation of vendor space if no application and deposit is received in fair office.
- APRIL Contracts will be mailed out to vendors with application and deposit on file.
- JUNE 15th Contract, Final Payment, Insurance due.
- JUNE 25th Late Fee applied.
- JUNE 25th any cancellations after this date will not receive a refund.
SELECTION PROCESS
The process is very competitive. Each year many applications are considered for a limited number of contract opportunities. If cancellations occur and space becomes available, the Exhibits and Concessions Department will choose an appropriate exhibit/concession for a contract.
Some of the criteria considered in the application review are as follows:
- Experience at other fairs or shows
- Exhibit presentation and appearance
- Product balance about the fairgrounds
- Appropriateness of product, service and /or exhibit structure to the available site
- Physical requirements
There is no need to apply every year; your application will be maintained in our files for 3 years from the date of its receipt. Please note all your submissions become the property of the Western Montana Fair.
